On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was transporting pallets toward the picking area when his path was blocked by [REDACTED] 's forklift. After a brief verbal exchange both employees exited their forklifts. [REDACTED] advanced toward [REDACTED] and swung first. [REDACTED] attempted to back away but as [REDACTED] continued toward him [REDACTED] swung in response. A physical altercation followed until employees intervened. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] worked to pull [REDACTED] back while others separated [REDACTED]. Once the situation was under control [REDACTED] attempted to charge back toward [REDACTED] a second time requiring additional employees to restrain him. [REDACTED] (ADM) assisted in separating [REDACTED] from further escalation.
