The tote handle broke while she was packing and she had to use her body to catch the tote and product from falling. The associate did not develop pain immediately it wasn 't until [REDACTED] when the pain developed.

Associate was packing when the tote handles broke and caused her to have to catch the shoes and tote from falling. She did not report this to her supervisor because she did not immediately feel pain until later that night. She told her supervisor the following day that she had pain in her shoulder and that she would be going to the hospital later that day.
