What happened
Injured right wrist while lifting a tray that was stuck in casket tray exceeded 25 pounds. the tray was stuck inside the sterile casket while maintaining sterility I had to rotate my wrist in an inappropriate way to the get the tray out. My wrist instantly had pain shooting from my pinky to my elbow. I was completely unable to move it the next day.
