Grinding Top Head seam Ahead of the injury I was feeling fine By the time I finished I couldnt stand up without pain The pain level was at a 7 or an 8 The root cause is I reaggravated a [REDACTED] injury I had received chiropractic treatment at that time The injury had healed by fused cartilage of 3 vertebra Apparently the repeated weight of the tool caused a gradual injury for the few hours grinding
