The associate was stacking 2 pallets onto a existing stack of pallets. They lifted the 2 onto the top pallets and was holding up & balancing the 2 with their right hand and adjusting the top pallet of the stack with their left hand. The associate lost their balance and fell. Resulting in the 2 pallets that were lifted up falling and hitting their left ankle.
