The associate reported experiencing pain in their back and left leg while walking through the selecting aisles on 04 06 25. They informed [REDACTED] about the pain and requested to be transferred to the Processing department. A week later on 04 13 25 upon reporting for their shift they notified [REDACTED] in the HR department about their pain and were placed on FMLA. On 04 25 25 they came in and requested to be sent to the clinic stating that the issue was work-related.
