Patient approached team member stated I like your hair then started pulling team members hair. It took 4 other team members to help get the patient to release the hair however the patient pulled a large chunk of hair from the team members scalp. [REDACTED] was noted team leaded was made aware and escorted team member to [REDACTED] where she was evaluated for her discomfort and head injury.
