What happened
Employee was in the process of removing plastic hooks from a shower wall which left behind some sticky residue. To address this the employee took a razor knife and began scraping off the residue. He used his right hand to hold the knife while stabilizing himself with his left hand on the wall. During the scraping motion he lost his grip causing the razor to slide and inadvertently scrape the top of his left thumb.
