The worker was at P3 HEM saw he noticed that pieces of the bar ends fell off the feed & clamp platform. The worker did not turn offi the machine before he attempted to retrieve the fallen pieces. He placed his hands into the machine where there is a pinch point. The machine cycled and caught his hands. The employee is familiar with this machine he operates this machine daily up to 8 hours per day.
