Before the incident
A Maintenance Technician completed a motor replacement on a [REDACTED] compressor fin fan and then was assisting another Mechanic with greasing the fan shaft bearings. While the other Mechanic pumped grease the Maintenance Technician rotated the shaft by hand spinning the electric motor fan pulley.
What happened
The Maintenance Technicians glove became caught in the belt and pulley resulting in a lacerated right middle finger and fractured fingertip. (All equipment was isolated and LOTO 'd)
