Employee was pulling a loaded cart

Employee went to pull loaded cart from work area into the aisle. There was a piece of wood behind the cart 's wheel that the employee did not see. When the employee went to pull the cart they had to use force due to the wood that was blocking the wheel. The cart moved and ran over the employee 's left foot and ankle resulting in rolling their foot ankle to the side and their heel caught under the cart resulting in pain swelling.
