What happened
I was walking out of [REDACTED] 340 and turned to the right to walk down the hallway when I slipped and fell. I landed on my left knee and twisted my right knee. I caught my upper body with my hands. After I stood up I looked down and noticed a soapy hand sanitizer liquid on the floor. I cleaned it up and then looked up the hallway and noticed the housekeepers cart a few doors down. I looked under the cart and there was liquid leaking.
