Employee contacted HR on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] stating he called out due to a rash that started on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] as he noticed it on his way home. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he woke up it was still there and wrapped it up and put ointment on it. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] it turned into bumps when he woke up [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] employee was medically escorted to occupational doctor where he was given a prescribed steroid pack to take.
