Getting her required cut resistant gloves in order to retrieve parts to rack

She said she almost tripped reached out to catch herself and her hand went into a bin of parts resulting in the palm of her right hand being cut. Actual events based on video review: Employee placed her cut resistant gloves in a bin of parts waiting to be racked. The parts in the bin she set her gloves in require cut resistant gloves to handle them. When employee reached into the bin for the gloves contact was made with parts resulting in a cut.
