Driving forklift

He hoped off the forklift to throw old board (located next to [REDACTED]). He went to throw a board and stepped back (0nto a board that was already on the ground that had a nail in it and the nail went through his boot and stick him in the middle of his right foot. He reports there was some blood and a small hole in the middle of foot. After the incident employee continued to work and finished out the day. Employee contacted Axiom on [REDACTED] 2 and informed them he went to see his personal physician who prescribed an antibiotic cream and oral medication.
