Before the incident
While walking around a parked forklift ME101 located beneath the Autosampler mezzanine in the Prep area operator lost balance after making contact with the propane tank latch.
What happened
Operator sustained an injury after their left arm inadvertently made contact with the propane tank latch on the rear of a forklift. This contact caused the Operator to lose balance and subsequently roll their foot at which point they reported hearing a popping sound.
