At approximately [REDACTED] the Laser P operator – [REDACTED] – while removing the sheet that had finished cutting [REDACTED] pulled the sheet toward him with a magnet. His left hand was on the opposite side of the table as he pulled the sheet he did not move his left hand out of the way in time resulting in the tip of his left middle finger being cut.
