Walking on hospital grounds stepped on exposed nail
What happened
When stepping over a fallen down tree there was a board that had 5 rusty nails pointing possible up and I didn 't see the board until I stepped on 2 5 of them. Both nails punctured my steel toe shoe of my right foot going straight though my shoe inserts
