What happened
Associate was driving towbuggy and was turning to the right. While turning to the right the associate engaged the e-brake on the towbuggy to slow down which caused the towbuggy to slide slightly to the side also causing the ergonomic mat on the towbuggy (that associate was standing on) to slide. This momentum caused the associate to step off the towbuggy to the floor while towbuggy was still moving. Associate 's left foot also made contact with nearby skid that was on the floor.
