The employee was covering breaks on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and she walked to [REDACTED] to help the temporary employee.

Employee walked from the main conveyor to machine 5 there was a plastic handle on the floor. She stepped on the handle and slipped. Her left foot went forward and her right foot slipped backward causing her to do the splits and landing on her bottom. She continued to work and after her [REDACTED] break she felt pain in her right knee and lower back.
