The Employee was setting up the next coil to keep the line running at the slicer area.

As the team member was about to make the third stitch he looked up at the tower to ensure it didn 't come down too low which could cause the line to stop. As he walked away he suddenly felt pain in his fingers.

The left middle finger and ring finger were crushed the medical determinated it would be an amputation
