What happened
was in for her morning cleaning duties and had a trash can (Explained by her supervisor [REDACTED]) in her hand and was walking down a flight of steps. On the last couple steps she missed and landed on her foot. First responder responded and advised he called the non emergency number into [REDACTED] Central Dispatch and requested a squad for the injured employee. Injured employee was then transported to Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. Waiting for further details from injured employee before adding more to the report. Update: According to employees accident report she was carrying a trash can down the flight of steps and missed the bottom two. She landed on her right ankle injuring it. [REDACTED] suffered a dislocation of her subtalar joint talonavicular joint and the calcaneocuboid joint. The dislocations were treated by Dr. [REDACTED] in the ER at Union Hospital and she was released the same day.
