Employee was preparing to wash the milk tank. He looked for the measuring jug to be able to use the soap but he couldn’t see the tags of what they are and when he added the chemical he didn 't know it was acid until he used the soap. When he came to he started to cough and when his coworkers came out to see him they realized he mixed toxic things.
