Before the incident
Employee was on his way to the spotlight position located up in the catwalk and was going down a small set of stairs on the catwalk. The light on the stairs was covered it was dark he couldn 't see.
What happened
Employee missed the last step rolled his left ankle fell forward tried to catch himself with both hands landed on his chest abdomen and both legs causing injury to his right hip knee neck right arm left ankle upper & lower back. Employee states he has pain in the back of his neck on the right side.
