[REDACTED] Cause Associate attempted to cut 2 doughnuts and had to apply additional force to be able to make the cut.CA1. Redesign of the doughnut cutter which would allow you to use less force to accomplish the same amount of pressure.2. Cover incident across all shifts.3. Develop a local JSA to bridge gap until Company wide JSA can be developed.4. HQs to look at design to insure it is the best design for the job.5. Audit JSA once implemented.[REDACTED] K. NoteINjury occurred on [REDACTED] and was reported the same day. [REDACTED] went to hospital on [REDACTED] due to discomfort and was told she could return on [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] is a weekend associate and her normal schedule is [REDACTED] Sunday.The Dr note shows [REDACTED] [REDACTED] being a lost day of work. [REDACTED] returned on [REDACTED] full duty no restrictions.
