Using a line mole
What happened
On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a Turner employee was tasked with cleaning a pipe using a line mole. The employees were using 15000 to 18000 psi water pressure line mole rated for 20000 psi and an antiwithdrawal device. During the task as the employee pushing the line mole inside the piping the line mole ruptured into the employees left palm. This caused an injury to the palm. The employee was taken off site for medical treatment.
