Before the incident
EE was training a TM that was recently hired on as a water spider and was showing them how to stage the glass in the facility after being off loaded from trailer. Trainee was in the process of moving a bungee rack with glass from the receiving staging area to the staging area in the facility out of receiving when he noticed a second bungee rack was caught on the rack that he was moving with the pallet jack. Trainee advised EE of the situation and EE came to evaluate the issue. EE found that the second rack was caught on the side rail of the first rack. EE had positioned himself between the two racks and advised the trainee to move the first rack back while they tried to lift the side rail of the second rack off the first racks side rail. When Trainee went to operate the pallet jack they accidently went forward and not backwards and ended up catching the EEs R foot between the two bungee racks. The trainee immediately reversed pallet jack and EE was able to quickly remove their foot. EE
