EE states on [REDACTED] he was moving a window to a trailer with another team member he stepped off the loading platform and bent his knee awkwardly. EE was at the front of the window pulling and did not realize his foot placement was off. EE started to feel more discomfort the [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) and reported the incident to his supervisor.
