EE was working to help clean up and organize the [REDACTED] yard. EE was moving components for the new material racks and had to make adjustments to permit picking the parts up with a forklift. While initially straightening them out he was moving the large components by himself and did not seek help. EE did not notify anyone because he thought it would be better in a day or two. While at a doctor visit for his son on [REDACTED] the doctors noticed how stiff he was and recommended he seek treatment. EE did not notify anyone at VPI until the start of his shift [REDACTED] [REDACTED].; ; Update: Updated to reflect proper time on the shift given it is a night sift that crosses dates.
