Before the incident
EE states that they were in the receiving area of the plant and using a ladder to pick products from the shelf for the lines. EE states that he was descending from the ladder not carrying any products and when he planted his L foot he attempted to pivot on his L leg at the same time and felt a pop w discomfort in L knee. Reported EE used three points of contact at all times when ascending and descending ladder. EE states that he tried to walk off the discomfort but noticed it getting more uncomfortable when reporting to Supervisor. EE states that they had noted swelling to the knee with the discomfort. EE only wished to report at this time and signed a refusal of medical treatment form. EE then tried to continue work and reported to supervisor they would like to go home and rest. Upon getting home EE contacted Supervisor advising him the discomfort was worse with increased swelling particularly to the medial [REDACTED]. EE declined Medcor at the time and set up to be seen with FFW.
