EE states that they were transferring a 4 panel frame from floor level up onto the A-frame on [REDACTED] 1 Door line was down for the evening so EE not running on normal line. When EE went to lift the frame onto the A-frame it was reported that one side of the frame was heavier in weight then the other. When EE lifted the frame the uncentered weight caused their L wrist to pop and discomfort. EE reported incident to supervisor to have documented and evaluated. Supervisor reported minor swelling to the area EE declined further medical treatment and signed waiver or refusal form. Unknown frame size if it was an MPM if there was assistance lifting how EE lifted wrist position etc.. Will follow up with more detail after Manager contact as this was an evening incident.; 7 24 23: Further review found that the frame was a MPM frame and a second TM stated EE did not ask for assistance to move and noted EE struggling to move the frame on their own from the floor up onto the A-frame just before
