was helping a resident ambulate from the bed to wheelchair. the resident usually can stand up w stand by. walker was placed in front of the resident to help assist. the resident is usually a one person transfer

while transferring the resident they dropped (got weak maybe resident said no when asked though) she had to quickly catch the resident and sit them back on the ed. this is what caused the injury to employee. straining her back
