Before the incident
Employee was doing DTT session with a client and asked if they wanted more cards but first needed to answer teacher questions. The employee continued session after initial incident and did a round of teacher questions and then the second round of [REDACTED] questions. The employee then put their hands over the cards.
What happened
Initially the client got frustrated grunted and took the took the deck and hit the employee in the left side of the head after grunting. After the employee put their hands on the cards the client became frustrated again and punched the employee in the forehead.
