Getting ready to unload retort 6.

Injured employee and co-worker were pulling a basket out of [REDACTED] 6. A second co-worker was at the far end of the cart ready to secure the basket to the cart with the pin assembly. The second co-worker inexplicably unlatched both latches holding the cart 's wheels in place. As co-worker and injured worker were pulling the basket out onto the cart the cart moved out of the station toward the second co-worker. The injured employee was holding the basket 's right handle. He could not get his hand out of the way in time. As the basket was falling to the ground the basket struck the injured employee on the top of his right forearm just past his wrist. Injured employee sustained an open wound
