Before the incident

Employee was going to manually shrink wrap a pallet of doors. EE pulled a small amount (unknown exact amount) of shrink wrap free from the roll EE set the roll on top of pallet he was about to wrap as he went to attach the loose end of shrink wrap to corner of the pallet the small amount that the EE pulled loose from the roll was not long enough to reach the corner to tie end of and EE pulled the full roll off the top of the pallet where EE had set it and it proceeded to fall a foot or so and hit the EE on the side of the face.
