The employee was off loading empty 23-gallon fiber drums from a trailer and placing them on pallets so that they could be transported to a storage location.

When dismounting the fork truck the employee was facing away from the machine and was holding on to the seat with his left hand and the fork truck grab bar with his right hand. He stated that he felt a pop and sharp pain in his left shoulder at this time.
