What happened
Mr. [REDACTED] along with several other workers began removing 4x4 dunnage from the warehouse as part of the punchlist work. Nails were protruding from the bottom of the dunnage that other employees were lowering down to Mr. [REDACTED]. As he grabbed the bottom of the dunnage the protruding nail cut and punctured his left palm going through his glove.
