1) [REDACTED] was carrying two boxes one in each hand down the warehouse hallway. The hallway was covered in some black astro-turf carpet. 2) [REDACTED] was outside the warehouse into the service store. There was a little ramp and another divet in the carpet. she wasn 't looking at the ground and fell again. Fell on her left hip that time. Can recall whether she hit her knee again.

Left knee was bruised and is hurting when she stands. Left wrist was bruised. Both hips feel out of whack. Lower rib cage feels sore.
