Before the incident
Reworking a hub that recieved incorrect stud back through the stud press so the correct stud could be put in the hub.
What happened
When placing it back in the machine the operator had incorrect hand placement as they were trying to line up the part in the work holding. As the part became lined up correctly it came down onto the finger pinching it.
