A guest lost control of their bag on the escalator at [REDACTED] while EE was going down the escalator and the guest bag struck her knee. EE found the supervisor directly after the incident and expressed that she could still walk ok and didn 't feel any bruising yet but was scared by the incident and the bag rushing toward her on the escalator. [REDACTED] she returned stating her knee now did hurt and she felt stiffness and swelling on her knee that made it difficult to walk.
