Before the incident
While using team lift to move a built pre-hung steel unit from tilt table to pallet worker grabbed the unit too low and completed the movement without readjusting grip. this unit was the first one on the pallet and was rotated 180 degrees by team lift workers prior to bracing on pallet. the stress of the incorrect grip position along with the added rotation caused the worker to feel some discomfort in the lower abdomen. during the next two shifts the discomfort became more acute.
