On [REDACTED] EE is reporting that while pulling doors to stack he felt something in his left elbow. He said he didnt think much of it and kept working. He said his elbow felt off but not described as hurting. on [REDACTED] when lifting a bag of groceries his elbow began to throb. The throbbing continued [REDACTED]. [REDACTED]) morning the EE still felt throbbing he called into the mainline to report the injury and to tell the company he was not coming in and planed to go to urgent care. When going through the messages the office noted his call out but missed the part abut going to urgent care due to an injury. EE went to urgent care and was told not to go back to work [REDACTED]). The EE called in [REDACTED] to tell the office they were not coming in. Again it was missed about by the office that the EE was out due to an injury.
