Before the incident
EE sustain right shoulder sprain handling skins caul boards at build table. The EE manually lift skins and caul boards with the assistance of three additional team members. The skins are grabbed as they exit the glue spreader outfeed and placed onto build table for assembly. Once assembled the completed stack of doors are pushed off the build table onto a manual cart. Caul boards are pushed and sometimes carried to the build table at the intial onset of teh build process. A completed stack can weight up to 3000 pounds.
