Before the incident
At the beginning of the shift 1605 hours Injured Employee was moving a damaged board from the production line along with his partner toward the holding line. When he arrived to the area they were to place it he extended his arm to release the caul board hitting a cart beside him with his right hand injuring his little finger. First Aid was given by our safety manager after her assistance she requested to be send to the clinic ( Care Spot ) as his knuckle was swelling to check for possible fracture. Employee was taken to the clinic by his Father.
