Because of the impact employee dropped down onto the rollers running at her left side hurting her left arm and back. Employee was brought to the Safety Manager office to receive first aid. Due to level of pain and difficulty to walk and move [REDACTED] was called and paramedics transported employee to ER for further evaluation and treatment.
