Before the incident
Laceration to lift thigh. Employee was using a scrapper to cut the tape from a door he was prepping on the QC table and then put it on a storage bin on the front of the table. He grabbed the door and put it on the rack when he returned to the QC table he walked by the scrapper and got cut by it on his thigh. Employee went to the bathroom to clean up the wound. Manager gave him first aid and then call [REDACTED] as the wound was big. Paramedics brought him to the hospital for care. Employee received 7 stitches and was released the same day.
