What happened
I was walking to the office quicker than normal and while walking I heard a loud pop. I then began to lose my balance. I was able to brace myself with my cane and the office wall. So I then went to stand up straight on both feet to finish walking and I couldn 't without excruciating pain. I then couldn 't move because I it was way too painful and I had too much stuff that put me at risk of falling. So I dropped it all on the walkway then stood there. I stood there and my co-worker [REDACTED] came outside looking for me. She knew I was in a hurry and she was wondering what happened to me why wasn 't I right behind her. She then seen me in pain crying and told me to wait while she went to get help. My other co-workers then came out to help me by offering to carry my things as they thought I had fallen. I stood there with them for a minute trying to figure out where the pain was coming from. I put weight on my right foot side and it was fine. I then tried my left foot and felt pain. I tri
