What happened
Teammate came to me at [REDACTED]:[REDACTED] and asked me for a band aid for his finger. Stating that he just had a minor cut. I got the teammate a band aid for his finger and applied it to his right ring finger. The injury cut is on his right hand ring finger just below the first joint. I asked teh Teammate how the injury happened he said that he was just moving material around and realized he had blood on his hand. He removed his glove to find that he had cut his finger. The glove has a cut in it as well but the glove does not have a lot of blood on it. After lunch break the teammate was in my office and I asked him if the cut on his finger was hurting him or still bleeding. The cut on his finger was still bleeding so i got some more first aid bandages and gauze so i could actually take a look at the cut. After seeing the cut i told the teammate that he needs to go get that finger looked at by the doctor. The cut was bleeding bad and looked deep. Again I asked the teammate what happe
