EE exited the downstairs side door of the [REDACTED] and proceeded toward [REDACTED] While walking out to the parking lot on the snow surface the employee stepped into a hole concealed by snow causing him to fall forward and land on his left arm and shoulder approximately 5 feet down to the ground The EE was evaluated by ski patrol who advised him to seek medical attention for an Xray of his left shoulder
