Employee was walking into the breakroom before the start of the shift when she slipped and fell due to having wet shoes After parking her vehicle and walking across the parking lot after a recent snow storm she entered the property through the side door and walked across the entry way rugs Unfortunately the soles of the shoes were still wet enough to cause her to slip at the entrance of the employee break room from the transition to rug to tile Her left foot slid forward 2 feet in front of her causing her right leg to bend at a 90 degree angle and slid back When she fell down the inside of her knee faced towards the floor and her weight landed on the outside of her right knee
